Indicated prices are base prices and do not include taxes, government premiums, stamp duty, registration fees, or any other applicable statutory charges unless explicitly stated. Prices may be revised by the developer without prior notice. A booking is confirmed only after the booking amount is received and the Agreement for Sale is duly executed by both parties.
The estimated possession date is December 2026, subject to necessary approvals, construction progress and unforeseen events beyond reasonable control (force majeure including but not limited to governmental orders, natural events, or delays in clearances). The date is an estimate, not a guaranteed deadline.
Booking of an apartment is confirmed upon realisation of the initial payment and completion of application formalities. Cancellation terms will be as per the developer’s written cancellation policy effective at the time of booking. Deductions, if any, will be clearly communicated. No representations beyond the written policy are made.
The project is registered with the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) under the above numbers. Buyers are encouraged to verify all details through the official MahaRERA website (maharera.mahaonline.gov.in) or directly with the developer. The channel partner is authorised to market this registered project.
The list of proposed amenities is indicative and may be altered, substituted or eliminated based on operational requirements, design development, or approval conditions. The developer retains the right to modify the amenity mix. No assurance is given that every depicted amenity will be available in the exact form shown.
All terms of sale, including payment schedules, specifications, and possession, shall be governed exclusively by the Agreement for Sale executed between the purchaser and the developer. In case of any inconsistency between information on this website and the agreement, the agreement shall prevail.
Purchasers are advised to independently verify all project documents, title reports, approvals, and layout plans before making a booking. The channel partner and developer are committed to providing necessary information as per applicable laws.
